Our coaching and consulting services are designed to support professional growth and organisational development. While we apply evidence-based methodologies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on numerous factors including your commitment and circumstances.
Coaching services provided by Luminary Consulting do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you require such support, we recommend consulting an appropriately qualified professional.
We treat all information shared during coaching and consulting engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a genuine risk of harm to yourself or others. The same expectation of confidentiality applies to any proprietary materials or methodologies we share with you.
Fees for our services are set out in the relevant service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. We understand that plans change. Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate. For programme-level engagements, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.
